Indang Baptism 5-30-2016

Two weeks ago, we drove to our Indang branch for a baptism. The branch meets in a made over house, so there is no baptism font in the building. The baptisms are done at a swilling pool, or in the river if needed. This one was done at a swimming pool. The baptismal service is done at the church house, and then on to the pool for the baptism.

Sister Petersen's special little friend.

On to the pool for the baptism.

These photos were taken on the same property as the pool.

This spider is the size of the palm of my hand. I was not about to put my hand up there for comparison, so you will just need to take my word for it.

The Road to Indang 5-25-2016

Each Sunday we drive for an hour and a half to the little village of Indang. There is a wonderful little branch there full of wonderful people. The building is a converted house. No air conditioning. When the windows are opened, you can see into the jungle. Part of our trip is a great little country road. The following are some photos of the things we see on the road to Indang.

Look close, you can see the bananas on the tree.
